ACCA “Million Dollar” Band
The ACCA Temple “Million Dollar” Band is the oldest continuously organized unit in ACCA Temple. The Band was organized on December 10, 1914, and received its charter as a separate unit on August 15, 1915. Since its inception, the “Million Dollar Band” has performed for ceremonial events at ACCA Shrine Center, in countless parades, and at concerts and civic events in Central Virginia.
The Band is always looking for new members to keep our 95-year old history alive. Any brass, woodwind, or percussion players are needed and welcome. No auditions are required. Uniforms are provided.
Rehearsals are every Monday night in the ACCA Ballroom from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
